French National Archives receives data of International Tracing Service of the Red Cross

The German archive of the International Tracing Service of the Red Cross says it has handed over to France digitized documents on Nazi persecution and forced labour.

The Bad Arolsen-based archive said in a statement Tuesday the French National Archives received documents that chart deportation of French resistance fighters and the exploitation of French slave labourers to the persecution of Jews and other minorities by Germans following the occupation of France.
